About Us

Jane developed her love of cheese and a passion for local produce back in the 70s, when her parents ran a small business in the market town of Northallerton, North Yorkshire. The Zetland Creamery, sold frozen food and local dairy produce including Real Wensleydale Cheese and butter from Hawes.

Many years later Jane joined Wensleydale Creameries and it was here that her love of cheese helped her to shape her future and embark on her own business.

David has spent much of his working life in the construction industry but his memories of Wensleydale Cheese go back about as far as he can remember, as his Mum always kept a hearty supply at home.

David's cheesy career began when he started to help out in selling Wensleydale cheese on a part time basis at shows and farmers markets for Wensleydale Creameries.

Drawing upon their years of experience and expertise Jane and David carefully hand pick each of their cheeses so that their customers can enjoy a creamier, tastier and truly delicious cheese experience
