Real Yorkshire Wensleydale, made at the Wensleydale Creameries in the market town of Hawes, is a delicious, creamy-white, crumbly cheese. It has a clean, mild, slightly sweet flavour with a honeyed aftertaste.

Real Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese is made with pasteurised milk and is suitable for vegetarians.
