Wensleydale Fruit Cake

A delicious, rich fruit cake hand made in Hawes, Wensleydale.
A perfect accompaniment to Real Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese.

Ingredients:

Cheese: Yorkshire Wensleydale Cheese (MILK)

Fruit cake:  Currants (24%) (Currants, Sunflower Oil), Free Range EGGS, Salted Butter (MILK, Salt), Sugar, WHEATFLOUR, (WHEATFLOUR, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sultanas (12%), (Sultanas, Sunflower Oil), Glace Cherries (6%) (Cherries, Sugar, Preservatives: Potassium Sorbate, SULPHUR DIOXIDE, Acitdity Regulator: Citric Acid, colour: Erythrosine), Mixed Peel (3%) (Orange & Lemon Peel, Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Preservatives: Potassium Sorbate, SULPHUR DIOXIDE, Acitdity Regulator: Citric Acid), Ground ALMONDS.
