Handcrafted by master cheese-makers at The Wensleydale Creamery, in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales.  Made to a time-honoured recipe using milk from local farms.  Yorkshire Wensleydale is the he perfect addition to any cheese board , cheese wedding cake or celebration cake.  It is also the perfect accompaniment to fruit cake or apple pie!
