Sage Derby

Sage Derby is a green veined cheese with a mild sage flavour, originally only made for festive occasions such as Harvest and Christmas. With its attractive green colour it makes it a very attractive addition to the cheese board.

The 250g & 500g sizes are all vacuum packed portions.  The 250g size may be made up of 2 x 125g portions.  The 1kg size is currently a half moon shape.

Suitable for vegetarians.
