Made by Mario at his small, artisan dairy in Otley, this delicious sheeps' milk cheese is matured for up to 4 months. It has a mild flavour with slightly nutty notes & can be enjoyed on its own & is also perfect for grating over any dish. We love to use this grated into a fresh homemade Carbonara.
