Cheese Wedding Cake "Cream of the Dales"

A selection of our creamiest and most delicious cheeses can be used to create a similar cake to the one shown*.

Top: 2 x 200g Dales Brie

Middle: Yorkshire Wensleydale 1.5kg - Creamy, crumbly & full of flavour!  This traditional cow's milk cheese is always a favourite.

Base:  Choose 2 x 1.25kg half moons from the following list. These can be placed together to form a wheel shape when the cake is assembled.

Yorkshire Wensleydale with Cranberries 
Yorkshire Wensleydale with Apricot
Yorkshire Wensleydale with Ginger                                                                            Abbot's Gold - Cheddar with Caramelised Onions 
Fountains Gold - Extra creamy flavoursome Cheddar

All of these cheeses are made with pasteurised milk and are suitable for vegetarians.

Around 4.5kg of cheese in this cake which will serve 45 guests.

Decorations of fruit, flowers and ribbons are not included with this cake.

The cheese board displayed with the cake is not included, however similar boards may be available to order separately.
